My eating habits
Everyone has their own diet.I think Ihaveahealthydiet.
I have three meals aday.I have milk ,bread and eggs for breakfast.I think people should eat well for breakfast.And I often eat rice for lunch ,sometimes I eat noodles or hamburgers for lunch.I think people should eat full for lunch.For dinner I eat buns and porridge.After dinner Ioften eat salad,
sometimeI eat fruit.

Nowadays,health is the most important thing to people. But less and less people know how they can keep healthy clearly. And now I will tell you.
